What's already built
Architectural foundation is locked (29 ADRs). Phase 0 infrastructure runs end-to-end: three deploy environments, isolated tenant databases, object storage, transactional email, error monitoring, RLS-bound Postgres roles, immutable audit log infrastructure, and tenant-scoped session plumbing.
Multi-tenant from day one
Postgres RLS for the SMB shared database; dedicated database per enterprise tenant. No retrofit risk later.
Canadian tax, native
Full place-of-supply rules across GST / PST / HST / QST from day one. CRA-aligned by design, not as an afterthought.
Bilingual EN / FR
Québec French isn't an add-on — system strings, tenant content, document templates, and customer-preferred-locale resolution all engineered for it.
What's next
Phase 1 — CRM core (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Engagements) plus authentication, the role catalog, and tenant onboarding. Lands Q3 2026. Phases 2-3 add the sales lifecycle and money-in (invoices, payments, the Canadian tax engine), at which point BuMP is sellable to Canadian services-firm design partners.
